Is there a warranty on the product?

Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. We are so confident in our products that all of our products come with a 12 month warranty!

Do you offer OEM/ODM services?

Yes, we do offer OEM/ODM services. Our OEM services include customized design and branding, product modification, private labeling, etc.

Do I need to pay for shipping?

Given that our customers are located all over the world, product prices do not include shipping costs. After adding items to your shopping cart, the system will automatically calculate and display the shipping fees and final total price.

How can l pay?

You can directly place an order via PayPal through our store, or contact our customer service to make payments via TT or Alipay.

How long will it takes to receive my order?

We ship from China via air freight, with delivery typically taking 7–10 days. We can also ship via sea freight, which would significantly reduce shipping costs.

What is your return and exchange policy?
